According to Greek Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection Law), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.


🔹 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
– The product must be unused
– In its original condition
– With all tags attached
– With the hygiene protective seal intact

📌 Due to hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if the protective seal has been removed or if the product has been tried on without underwear.


🔹 Refunds
– Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
– Refunds are issued using the same payment method

📌 Shipping costs are non-refundable
